Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to removal services provided by SMARTSHIFT MOVERS PTY LTD.

• Quotes. A written upfront quote shows the hourly rate, the estimated hours and the petrol estimate, all itemised. The hourly rate and the petrol estimate are fixed once the quote is agreed. Estimated hours are an honest estimate based on the information you provide.
• Change on the job. If anything changes during the move (extra time, stairs, awkward access, change of address), the crew will pause and confirm the change with you before any extra charge is applied.
• Bookings. A move is confirmed once the date and written quote are agreed.
• Our responsibilities. We provide crew, vehicle, and care in handling your goods. Every move is insured while it is in our care.
• Your responsibilities. Provide accurate information, safe access, and disclose fragile, high-value, or restricted items.
• Liability. Liability is limited as set out in these terms and the insurance cover.
• Payment.
• Governing law. Victoria, Australia.
