The written quote we send you is not a vague verbal number. It shows:

- An honest estimate of hours, based on your home size, access and the distance between addresses

How fast will I get my quote?
We aim to reply the same day during open hours (7 days a week, 7am to 7pm). The more detail you give us about your move size, access and suburbs, the faster we can send you an accurate written upfront quote.
Is the quote fixed or hourly?
It is hourly, but the written quote shows the hourly rate, the estimated hours and the petrol estimate, all itemised, so you can plan around the figure. The hourly rate on the quote is the hourly rate you pay. If anything changes during the move, the crew pauses and tells you before any extra charge.
What info do you need to quote accurately?
Your move date, your pickup and drop-off suburbs, the size of your move (studio through to 4+ bedroom or office) and any access details that matter (stairs, lift, narrow driveway, heavy items, fragile items). Anything unusual in the Message field helps us send a more accurate estimate.
